Training

We provide all training to allow you to meet ISO quality standards i.e. how to do the job properly (even if you are not going for ISO).

Typically the training is over the phone, as some of our UK customers are 400 miles away, but even ones a 20 minute drive away can get instant access to someone to instruct them without delay or cost.

Typically we;

• talk you through actually doing the job yourself (practical hands-on, on the job training)
• point out what can go wrong, what to check for (we help you avoid the pitfalls)
• basic troubleshooting on any common issues that can arise (error messages, ribbon running out, etc.)
•  instruct you on making training materials (how to train others in your organisation, or we will happily train them for you)
• advise you on best practice and give you practical tips
